This site is devoted to the stories I tell in various forms.

I write speculative fiction inspired by my many loves. I've always been a storyteller and an avid reader. As a child, I wanted to be an actress so I could change the world, leading me to perform in community theater and dance productions.

After becoming a knitter and a Whovian, and getting a BA in Japanese, I found NaNoWriMo. The writing bug bit, and I began writing the kinds of stories I wanted to read, stories I hopes will give others what good stories have always given me -- courage, hope, laughter, solace, escape...

I'm also a translator and interpreter specializing in Japanese to English localiztion. My longtime love of Japanese culture both pop and traditional has finally blossomed into another venue for me to transmit stories. They aren't my own, but it's storytelling nonetheless, and I can't get enough of it!
